- Only log in to National Bank of Pakistan Hong Kong (NBP Hong Kong) through www.nbp.com.hk. Do not click on URLs or hyperlinks embedded in any email, SMS, instant message, QR code, search engine, or any untrusted source to access webpages.
- The Bank’s staff will never ask for sensitive information such as your HKID/ Passport number, account number, personal information & etc., through any channels (such as phone calls, email, or SMS).
- Take precautions against phishing scams (such as scams purportedly from government body or financial institution) hackers and other malicious software.
- Beware of suspicious intermediaries – Customers who are suspicious about the identity of anyone who claims to promote products or services on behalf of NBP Hong Kong Branches, they should verify by calling NBP Hong Kong’s Customer Service Hotline (+852) 25217321 for assistance.
- Be alert to Fraud related to Lost or Stolen Customer Identity and Account Information.
- Beware of Fraudsters who impersonated staff of NBP Hong Kong.
- If customers notice any suspicious transactions or receive any suspicious transaction notifications, please call NBP Hong Kong’s Customer Service Hotline (852) 25217321.
- Customers who are suspicious about the identity of a website at an address similar to the address of NBP Hong Kong’s website should call the Bank’s Customer Service Hotline (852) 25217321 for verification.
- Notify NBP Hong Kong immediately of any actual or suspected unauthorised access of your account.
